Craig Martin is a distinguished leader in the club industry with more than 40 plus years of hospitality experience. His professional background includes several world-class five-star resorts, hotels, private clubs, residential developments, and real estate projects.

Craig launched his consulting firm, Club Leaders Group in 2019 which serves the private club industry with a full array of services guiding clubs to sustainable success. He has grown his firm into a nationally recognized consulting firm having performed full-scale national executive searches at many of the top Platinum Clubs in America. Prior to starting his firm, he served as Chief Operating Officer & General Manager at the St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida from 2007 until late 2019. Prior to St. Andrews, Martin was Vice President, Private Clubs at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where he was responsible for the development of new residential branded private clubs. Craig held executive leadership positions at The Club at Admirals Cove, The Boca Raton Resort & Club, Old Marsh Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Gaylord Hotels, Callaway Gardens Resort as well as The Greenbrier.

Craig received the CMAA Leadership Award from Distinguished Clubs and Boardroom Magazine. In addition, he was recognized by his peers with the CMAA Florida Chapter Most Valued Member Award. Martin stays active with the Club Management Association of America and earned the distinguished Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2005. Craig served on various national CMAA boards and committees including the CMAA Club Foundation National Strategic Planning Committee. He served as a CMAA Florida Chapter Board member, South Florida Regional Director, Chairman of the Legislative Committee for the CMAA Florida Chapter, Co-Chair of the Seminole Region Charity Golf Tournament for three years benefiting childrenís charities and multiple CMAA national committees including, Club Premier Club Services and Certification and the CMAA Club Championship Golf Committee. He served as a Golf Digest national rating panelist as well among several national club industry panels and is recognized by Forum Magazine as one of the most respected club professionals in the industry. Craig has been a featured speaker at both CMAA World Conferences and many national chapter meetings. Craig was awarded special recognition at the 2012 World Conference of CMAA for his leadership in spearheading raising significant donations for relief efforts benefiting victims in several natural disasters in Haiti and in West Virginia.

Craig credits his career success having learned and being mentored by the top hospitality industry leaders from within the hotel/resort and private club industry. Leveraging his diverse hospitality expertise from renowned institutions such as the Ritz Carlton, The Boca Raton Resort & Club, Greenbrier, Hyatt, Opryland and several top private Platinum clubs including St. Andrews Country Club help him launch his Club Leaders Group, now recognized and respected as a prominent leading consulting firm in the industry.
